Doman Cards™ with My 3-Year-Old

When I was a young child, my parents taught me world knowledge using Doman Cards™ so I'm well aware of their incredible benefits. Now that I have children of my own, I am excited to pass on the knowledge I learned using Doman Cards™ from the Gift of Knowledge™ course.

Teaching my 3-year-old son Jackson using Doman Cards™ has been a wonderful experience, and I believe it is providing him with a strong foundation for a lifetime of learning. The point of the Gift of Knowledge™ course is to provide parents everything they need to teach children about many different subjects at their own pace. Teaching Doman Cards™ improves children's vocabulary, general knowledge about the world, and sparks their curiosity. This week, Jackson is learning about vegetables, birds, oceans, and hats. Two days ago, while walking through our kitchen Jackson pointed to the counter and said "look Daddy, that's an onion!" (I had just shown him an onion on a Doman Card™.) Jackson looked very proud of himself knowing he had applied the knowledge he learned, and gave me a high-five.

Over the last month, I have been learning more about which subjects he finds interesting and focusing on those. The more we do, the more his vocabulary improves, knowledge about the world expands, and I'm only just starting month 2! See us in the picture below learning with Doman Cards™ on my laptop.
